Cribs for Kids

The Cribs for Kids program provides needy families with cribs who would not otherwise be able to afford them. We work with home visiting nurses to assist clients in need of cribs. If you have a client who you feel would benefit from our program, please read below to see if they meet our guidelines. We are happy to provide this program, but please only recommend families that do meet these guidelines. Once our budget runs out, we are no longer able to provide cribs. Pack and Plays usually take about 3 weeks to be delivered. They cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. Our hope is that by providing these cribs and safe sleep, we are saving lives. Please be sure on the submit page you are providing your address for the cribs to be delivered to, not your clients. All submissions must also have an email address.

Guidelines

A home visit has been made and no other sleeping arrangements are evident.
Your client is within 6 weeks of delivering or the baby is under 1 year of age.
Pack and plays are unpackaged and set up at your client's house.
Safe sleep material is discussed and left with the crib recipient.
A brief summary is submitted with the mother's age, number of children, marital status, and number of home visits. If you have a case number, please submit.
